Yoga progressive as more classes are attended Philosophy Breathwork Yoga nidra (meditation) At additional cost monthly full day holistic councillor in office sessions if looking to update EAP or one hasn’t been implemented in the workplace. This includes a copy of Pandas new release yoga journal as private work book. Please ask to receive business tendor in regards to this service. Only 4 businesses yearly are serviced by Panda herself personally
